Being home based with limited space and neighbours, a full acoustic kit was out of the question. So after a trip to Professional Music Technology in Bristol, I walked out with a Roland TD11 electronic kit. For a kit released in 2012 and bought in 2015, it has surprisingly good connectivity into the DAW, and has withstood the ravages of a teenager quite well.
